Good Painter and/or Handyperson Needed

Hi Folks and Happy Holidaze!

We are looking to get help with a few items requiring painting/sanding/sealing. Any recommendations would be lovely.

Here is our list of needs related to brush work:

> Paint face of lower bay of cabinets. There is some current chipping that will need to be addressed (sanding?)

> Refresh redwood door sealant - possibly strip off old peeling sealant

> Address spot chipping on outside - three spots - we can match the paint via a paint chip

Location: On Spaulding near Addison

MANY THANKS!

I HIGHLY recommend Ismael Fabian as a house painter, I was in a similar situation. I own a Victorian house, it has many moldings and wood trim that needed to be refresh. One of my friends recommended me Ismael,  I called him, next day he came (ON TIME), and given some good advices on how to addess that issue. On the next day he sent me an detailed estimate, discribing the work to be done, the materiasl to be use and the price (it was a good price). After we agree on the time to do the job, he and his brother finished the job in four days, my place looks fantastic now. They really know their craft, they was so carefu with my wood floors, they cover them neatly. They scrape, sand, prime and apply two coats of paint. He told me that they been painting for over 20 years, and work for a good painting company, but does side jobs to get extra money. Give him a call and see the quality of they work, his number is 510 253 5945.
