Exterior house cleaning

We are in need of having the exterior of our house cleaned from spider webs, dirt, etc. Some of this would be hand wiping as spider webs have grown into lights and hard to reach areas. We don't need window washers, but if they do this as part of their service options great. Does anyone have recommendations on a service like this? Thanks.
