I actually recommend IKEA! They have some great options that go up to 118" (just under 10 feet), and their curtain panels are really budget-friendly. You can also get creative by doubling panels or layering for a fuller look.
I've bought drapes at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel and they come in multiple lengths. Watch for sales! Fabric selection varies from month to month and year to year but you can always get basic linen or silk or cotton or cotton blends in different colors. Right now neutrals seem to be the most popular. But the ultimate selection is going to be at Wayfair. So much variety it might give you a headache! I recently bought curtain rods and cotton sheers at Wayfair and I am very happy with them. Wayfair has the added benefit that they provide excellent details about dimensions and fabrics, and you can read lots of reviews too before you buy.
