Does Kensington Hilltop provide TK?

The school website writes that incoming kindergartners need to be 5 years old by September 1 of that year. My daughter's birthday is in early November, so I was wondering if she may still enroll at age 4 years and 10 months? Or we have to write until the next year? Do they provide TK? I can't find any info on their website.
