Divorce Attorney Recommendations

Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with the attorneys listed below?  After attempts to work things out peacefully failed, I'm gearing up for what will likely be a contentious divorce process.  My ex has already expressed that he wants to get as much as he can out of this; he doesn't seem to be concerned about what's best for our two children.  I anticipate that there will be significant disagreements about custody, child support, spousal support, and how to deal with the house we co-own (other assets have already been accounted for).  I'm really hoping to find an attorney who has a good record of getting settlements outside what seems to be the current template (50/50 custody, spousal support automatically awarded to the lower-earning spouse, etc.)

Any feedback on any of these attorneys would be greatly appreciated:

Sarah Ward

Philip Allingham

Henry Lewis

John Cuerva

Susanna Tuan

Jacob Harker

Ian Van Leer

Martin Elmer

Kent Kirmaci

Jennifer Phillips

Thank you in advance!

I used Margaret Gannon and highly recommend her. She only represents women. If your divorce is going to be contentious, you need someone in your corner who will fight for you. Margaret will help you keep your emotions in check and keep them out of your decision making process. It's a difficult process under the best of circumstances. Good luck. http://www.magannon.com/main_page.html 510-452-1700

I have not heard of any of the above but I did use Hannah sims and she was fabulous. Wicked smart, articulate, and a no BS woman. Highly recommended...
