Dentist recommendation in Orinda
Hello,
I'm looking for a new dentist in Orinda since our current one seems to be fixated on selling us goods and services we don't need. The archives are pretty old, but I'm looking at Peter Heckler and then Mary Smith and Todd Pearson. Does anyone have any reviews or advice? Thanks!

I highly recommend David Martin in Lafayette. His office staff is very friendly and he is absolutely delightful. He understands how costly dental expenses are, especially if you don't have insurance. His prices are fair and he never tries to sell you services you don't need. dr. peter heckler's office is great. the only goods and services they have promoted to my husband or myself is floss and electric toothbrushes... from costco. granted, we both hit the dental lotto when teeth were being handed out, but still we've had a few issues come up and he took a wait and see approach. also, we choose to get X-rays every few years instead of annually and they are okay with that. very friendly and professional staff on all levels. also, they give very patient and thoughtful care to my elderly mother who has dementia. we hope dr. heckler never retires. :)
