Caterer recommendations?

I'm getting married! Hooray! But now I have to plan the wedding. I've got a venue (in Crockett) , but now I need to find the right caterer. I'd very much appreciate recommendations for caterers who can handle about 175-200 people, and are attentive to the needs of those who eat gluten-free. Thanks!

I got married last November, and we used Margaret Riesen of The Vegetarian Gourmet. She knows all about gluten free foods. She also helped to rent the linens and dishes. The food was spectacular, and she is a real delight.

I highly recommend A loveable feast, based in Alamo. They catered my son's bar mitzvah party and the food was delicious. I knew it would be, because I had tried their food at a party beforehand, and Carol, the owner/chef did not disappoint. Plus she was extremely easy to work with and reliable. I must have interviewed a half dozen caterers before I found her, and A loveable feast had better food, better service, better presentation AND better prices. http://www.loveablefeast.com/
