Carpenter + Plumber?
Hi - I'm looking for someone to help with a laundry room relocation project, ideally a contractor that does small projects and is a skilled plumber. Could also be a plumber who is comfortable doing light carpentry. Would greatly appreciate recommendations!

I highly recommend Bebe Construction, 510-566-6685, bebeconstruction [at] yahoo.com -- I've used him as a plumber and he's been very knowledgeable, able to diagnose what caused our problem, explain when the maintenance would end up costing more than just replacing, explain when the home-inspector-recommended upgrades would be a waste of money, has good supplier relationships, able to track down quality replacement equipment and get it installed incredibly quickly when there's a plumbing emergency. And all for very fair prices. (He's also pretty fluent in 5 languages and now picking up some Spanish as his 6th!) --Sara
