Best primary care physician and/or ob/gyn who accepts medi-cal?

I have had a series of very unpleasant/unprofessional experiences at Lifelong and am looking to switch primary care physicians and find a new ob/gyn. What's the "best" quality of care I can receive in-network in Berkeley with Alameda Alliance insurance? Thank you.
