Afterschool Japanese class for 5 yr old?
Our son is very interested in learning Japanese after attending a camp this summer. We are looking for a weekday afterschool class. (Weekend classes unfortunately won't work.) Any recommendations for a fun afterschool Japanese language class for a five-year-old in Berkeley/Albany/El Cerrito/Oakland? Many thanks in advance!

I don't know about classes, but we hired Aki Mills for one on one tutoring and she was fantastic! Fun, professional, kind. Her contact number is 925-890-1382.
I'm not sure of a class, but let me know if you want to join me and a friend who is also half Japanese when we have play dates. We have been planning on doing Japanese stuff and speaking in Japanese. Try Blue Moon Learning Center in Alameda. They have Japanese after-school classes on Tuesday and Fridays for children aged 5 and up.
