ADU tour

We are planning to build an ADU for my mother-in-law as she is looking to downsize. She is having a really hard time visualizing what a 800-1000 square foot space would be like to live in, and understanding design features that can be practical yet space-saving.
Would anyone who has an ADU in that size range be willing to do us a huge favor and allow us (me, my husband and my mother-in-law) to do a quick tour? She lives in Berkeley and we like in Oakland. We are planning the ADU for Berkeley

There is an ADU that was recently completed in my neighborhood in downtown Berkeley that is 993 square feet. Since I am an adjacent neighbor, I know that it is currently vacant and I have seen the developers giving tours to prospective clients. The company is called AKD and from their website their phone is 650-241-5384. Personally I don't love this ADU -- it takes up pretty much the entire backyard and its architectural style is not really consistent with the neighborhood, but for your purposes (convincing MIL that she can downsize) I think it would be very convincing!

These are much smaller ADUs, but might be worth checking out!: https://thebolditalic.com/have-you-noticed-the-tiny-houses-at-barts-cas…
