Confidence Club | Kate Ekman, PsyD: Overcome ADHD EF Boot Camps & Therapeutic Skills Groups

There are still two spots left in Set up for Success! An executive functioning boot camp for rising 4th-7th graders taking place on Saturday 8/9-Sunday 8/10.  This two-day workshop will teach kids skills they need to be successful in the upcoming school year.  $1,400 covers the 2-day camp, organizational materials provided, and catered lunch both days.

I am also enrolling the fall modules for skills groups.  The following groups are actively enrolling:

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills (Kindergarten/First Grade): Sundays at 10am 9/7-12/7

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills (Ages 7-9): Sundays at 11am 9/7-12/7

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills (Ages 9-11): Sundays at 12pm 9/7-12/7

Take Charge of Anxiety! ("Tweens"): Sundays at 2pm 9/7-12/7

All groups are 12-week modules, and the fee including a parent feedback session at the end is $1,650.  If you have a child between the ages of 5 and 13 who would benefit from an emotional regulation and social skills or anxiety mangement skills group, reach out!  New groups are always forming on the basis of referrals.

There are currently a couple of spots available in the teen anxiety support group that meets in-person every Sunday at 3pm.

I am also scheduling psychoeducational and neuropsych testing for children, teens, and adults this summer and early fall.
