Redyper-->Dyper Corporate Transition

Do any of my fellow diaper-changing parents have the backstory on the changes at ReDyper (formerly Earth Baby)? We've been using the service for five years, through two kids, and I couldn't have been happier. But recently, it seems that there has been some kind of corporate shuffle and the service is significantly changing. Instead of dropping the fresh diapers off at the same time as the pickup, they're now shipping products from Arizona on monthly or biweekly schedule (it's a bit unclear). And the ability to change orders within 36 hours of the pickup seems to also be going away.

Has anyone thought through this transition yet? Any tips?

I'm still trying to figure out if the overall price is changing, but it's making me wonder if I should comparison shop again. Does Tiny Tots still exist? Has there been a new entrant to this market? Should I just accelerate potty training for the youngest one ("I don't WANNA use the potty!")
