Help with getting home and stuff organized

I seem to lack the gene for decluttering and organizing.  Looking for recommendations for someone who can help with everything from pantry to kids rooms as well as help identifying stuff I don’t need anymore and creating systems I can follow.Someone with a sense not just for oganizing but style, who is kind but won’t let me get away with my usual procrastination. And if possible affordable...

I recommend Lily Williams from Open Space. She's come several times to my home to help me get organized in various spaces. https://www.openspacedesign.co/

I strongly recommend Dana and her team at DMA organizing (https://www.dmaorganizing.com/organizing).

After my divorce, Dana was extremely helpful in helping me figure out to reorganize my household, both physically and in terms of systems for managing paperwork, etc. I tend toward ADD/procrastination/overwhelm and she had such a kind, nonjudgmental way of helping to reframe things so that I could see a simpler, better way forward. It's been a few years now and I still reread the notes I made from our time together and use the systems which she helped me to put into place. Not perfectly, but more than good enough (I will also note it's MUCH easier to keep the house organized when your kids get older-- don't be too hard on yourself! )

She also referred me to some other trusted professionals (eg. interior design, etc), who were super helpful with related aspects.

Hannah Gradjansky is an exceptionally talented organizer. I have hired her many times over the years. Just before the pandemic, she helped my husband and me downsize, moving into a much smaller home. That meant sorting through, and letting go of many belongings so that we would be able to fit gracefully into our smaller home. Then she helped us reorder our possessions in the smaller space, regrouping books alphabetically and by category, etc.

Most recently she re-organized multiple spaces in our home, the kitchen, pantry, bathroom cabinets, bedroom closets, and my study. She is gifted at talking with me and my husband about what our family truly needs and wants.  Once she has something in place, she shows us to make sure it works for us. And if not, she comes up with another plan. Things are now clearly labeled and categorized, making them easy to find. It is very helpful.

Since Hannah completed her meticulous recent work in my home, I have experienced happiness and gratitude every time I’ve opened a drawer, looked into a cabinet, got something out of a closet, searched for a tool in the pantry. Altogether, her work has made our life easier and lifted our spirits.

I recommend Hannah and give her the highest possible praise. hgradjansky [at] gmail.com (hgradjansky[at]gmail[dot]com) // (415)713-8710

I recommend Hannah Gradjansky. Hannah has worked for me many times over the years, organizing digital and home files, creating systems for archiving family photos, and taming the clutter in my office, kitchen, and pantry. Hannah is efficient, strategic and detailed in her approach to organizing. She has far better ideas than I when it comes to creating systems, and is good at merging digital and physical systems as needed. We worked well as a team; Hannah listened to what I wanted and then gave me suggestions for how to solve each problem. You can reach her at: hgradjansky [at] gmail.com or (415) 713-8710
