Looking for developmental support that doesn’t feel like therapy? At Outdoor Kids OT, children build motor skills, social-emotional regulation, and confidence—all through movement-rich play in natural settings. Our licensed occupational therapists use the outdoors as a dynamic, sensory-rich environment to help kids thrive.
🌱 Individual Therapy (1:1 Sessions)
Our personalized sessions offer focused support tailored to your child’s unique developmental needs. Whether targeting sensory processing, coordination, attention, or emotional regulation, 1:1 sessions help children build skills and confidence through purposeful, outdoor play.
🌳 Group Therapy (3–5 Children per Group)
In our small, therapist-led groups, children engage in nature-based activities—like climbing, balancing, and cooperative games—while working toward goals in:
- Social interaction and teamwork
- Self-regulation and focus
- Sensory processing
- Motor planning and confidence
📍 Weekly Schedule & Locations (August 2025 – May 2026)
- Tuesdays: Tilden Park & Joaquin Miller Park, 3:30–5:00 PM
- Wednesdays: Joaquin Miller Park, 3:30–5:00 PM
- Thursdays: Joaquin Miller Park & Tilden Park, 3:30–5:00 PM
- Fridays: Joaquin Miller Park, 3:30–5:00 PM
- Saturdays: Joaquin Miller Park, 9:00–10:45 AM or 11:00 AM–12:45 PM
