Therapist for newly diagnosed ADHD in Retired Woman

 Hello All,

  I am looking for therapist who specializes in treating Adhd with adults. I 'd like to see someone in East Bay , but with zoom options, I guess there are no boundaries.

  I hope that I am the last of a generation of girls who were labelled overly anxious and never considered to possibly be add or adhd. It has been revelatory to me to understand that I was wired differently and there were other adults like me. It has been difficult to find a therapist with this speciality and I hope the BPN community can help me.
