I bring my portraiture skills to every project, including Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Family Portraits and Brand Development through Visual Content. I establish trust with all ages and this confidence is key to creating authentic, timeless images. I've had the opportunity to document numerous events, families and various brands/businesses of every scale, in my decades as a professional. I have two children and motherhood has influenced my work profoundly. Photographing multiple generations and celebrations is purposeful, fulfilling work. My reputation in the Bay Area speaks for itself.
Michelle Pattee has been documenting my family since the year we hired her to be our wedding photographer in 1998.

Michelle photographed our son's Bar Mitzvah. She was communicative and responsive throughout the process, including her flexibility around synagogue covid protocols and her compassionate adjustments to the plan after we experienced a death in the family 3 weeks prior to the event. The photos turned out spectacular, and perfectly captured the magic, essence and spirit of the day and evening! Michelle was efficient at photographing all of our family groups and making sure that everyone in the shot looked their best. At the party, she seemed to always be in the right place at the right time, and consistently did what it took to get the shot, whether climbing up on a chair, getting down on the floor, squeezing through a crowd or unobtrusively snapping a spontaneous conversation. She worked HARD for us!!!
I knew looking through Michelle's earlier galleries that she was the right photographer for our event, and she 1000% delivered on our expectations. Given the emotional intensity of the day it was so important that we had someone with a true artist's eye and intuitive sense, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly, highly recommend Michelle for your event!
