Sports team for adult beginners
hi! i have never played a team sport and now I am in my 40s and think it would be fun. i would like to try soccer or basketball. are there any leagues for super beginners like me? nothing too hardcore, but would like to play, learn and sweat

Yes! EBOTS (East Bay Over 30 Soccer) is awesome and we play every Saturday (co-ed) in Orinda. Check it out for more! I've been a member for 3 years and didn't really know how to play before I started. Lots of beginners and also seasoned players too.
