Cell Phone Donations

We have a couple of old cell phones that we are no longer using, they're still in great shape and can be used. Our preference is to donate a place where it'll be used by someone in need, rather than selling them - can anyone recommend a place that might have such a need that is currently taking donations? A women's shelter perhaps? Thanks!
