Experiences at Vera Casey Center? (Early Head Start)

My 1 yr old daughter was recently offered a spot at the Vera Casey Center, an Early Head Start program right across the street from Berkeley High. I've had sort of mixed feelings about my early interactions with them and am wondering if anyone has sent their kids there recently and can share anything about your experience. Thanks so much.
