Looking for college application support? Or for help with school assignments for kids K-12? Perhaps you have a precocious learner who needs to be challenged with supplemental guided learning?

I’m able to help with applications from early stages of brainstorming and writing initial drafts to implementing feedback and completing final drafts. I offer actionable, direct, and manageable editing feedback and support through the writing process. I am also able to partner with learners to offer support on assigned humanities (English, history, social studies) classwork or to address foundational deficits to help students move towards grade-level standards. References available upon request. Rates $40-80/hour.

About Me:

I am a 2012 Stanford alum who recently graduated from a social work graduate program; I currently work as a middle school mindfulness teacher. I have five years of experience as a full-time school-based tutor supporting 6th-grade students in their English coursework. An educator who places paramount importance on social-emotional learning and well-being, I have also facilitated student groups and recently completed a social work internship in two East Bay public schools as a counseling intern. There I provided individual counseling services to students, facilitated groups and clubs, and supported high school seniors through the college application process.
