Hello!

I'm a local math and science tutor with thousands of hours of teaching experience, currently offering online lessons for the following subjects:

6th-8th Grade: All Subjects
9th-12th Grade: All Math, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Computer Science
College: Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, Calculus (1,2, and 3), Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science
Test Prep: ISEE/SSAT/HSPT, SAT/ACT, AP Math/Science Tests, SAT Math/Science Tests, GRE

I hold degrees from UC Berkeley in Physics and Astrophysics, where I did research on early galaxy formation.

When I was in high school myself, I began tutoring some of the kids in my neighborhood and immediately fell in love with teaching. Though my life since then has taken many twists and turns, I have always found a way to make teaching a part of it.

As someone who is passionate about Math and Science, the emphasis of my lessons are on how fun and rewarding these subjects can be. I love looking at something from many different angles with my students and finding the one that makes it click for them. I would describe my teaching style as patient and encouraging.

All of my lessons currently take place online where we do our work on a shared whiteboard which can be saved and kept for review.
