Hello! My name is Angela, and I am a current UC Davis graduate student and marine ecologist living in the East Bay area.

I have experience working with and coaching children and teens as a swim instructor, and am currently employed as a Biology and Ecology teaching assistant at UC Davis. I have years of experience helping others with essays or papers, and am particularly passionate and detailed about providing essay guidance, comments, and edits. I love math and science as well, and am a great choice for guidance in general science, AP Biology, and up to 10th grade math.

My approach to teaching is very individual focused - no one size fits all approach can help everyone learn. Rather, I like to patiently guide each student to break down their problems and empower them to find their own solutions.

I am happy to tutor remotely via Zoom or in-person (with masks and other appropriate COVID precautions).
