Experienced online tutor offering affordable remote lessons!

I am offering online tutoring for students of all ages, with the aim of helping parents establish extra structure for their school age kids during these tough times.  I am currently a graduate student in classical music (voice/opera). My course is on hold indefinitely due to the covid situation. 

Online Tutoring Experience:  I understand how to create and maintain an effective online learning environment for kids, as I have been teaching English as a second language to children aged 5-13 for over six months.

Other Experience: I have been a substitute teacher for the San Leandro School Disctrict for the past two years. I've taught in a variety of classes, from high school honors chemistry to multiple subjects in a bilingual Kindergarten class. 

Other Qualifications: Graduated from Wesleyan University in top 10% of class with Honors in Anthropology and a minor in Environmental Studies. Valedictorian of Bishop O'Dowd High School 2011. 

Affordable Rates: sliding scale of $15 to $25/hr depending on financial situation and frequency. I have no wish to profit off of hard times, only to offer relevant skills that might provide some stability.
