AP/IB Biology Credentialed Teacher/Tutor

Hello!  

I am an experienced biology teacher and tutor offering virtual tutoring for both AP and IB Biology.  I have classroom and one-to-one tutoring experience teaching both AP Biology and IB Biology.  I can help with understanding content, preparation, and test practice for the AP and IBDP tests as well as help with individual investigations, labs, and experiments for AP and IB.  My goal is to transfer some of the wonder and passion I have for the sciences to your student while using a Socratic method to help figure out where the gaps are in their understanding and then help support them where they need it.  I have experience working with students who have different learning and emotional needs.  I have years of teaching and tutoring experience and use a calm and fun approach to tutoring.  I have a current California teaching credential which includes a cleared FBI background check.
