Visiting Nicaragua

Family trip to Nicaragua

We are planning a trip to Nicaragua with our two boys who will be 5 and 9. I'm looking for suggestions on places to visit, stay, eat etc. We speak Spanish and have traveled with our boys through Central America many times. If you've been there recently and can offer insight I would appreciate the helpful suggestions. Appreciate your thoughts

Hi there. We went to Nicaragua last summer with our 10 and 12 year olds. We had a wonderful time. We stayed for several days in a homestay and studied Spanish for a week. We didn't venture into other areas of Nicaragua unfortunately.
