Tummy tuck

I'm thinking about getting a tummy tuck procedure soon (lots of children, fit, just got that pooch that won't quit). I am trying to figure out how to proceed: Has anyone done this (or another cosmetic procedure) at Kaiser (Oakland)? If so, how did it go, what was it like and how much did it cost? And for everyone: I'm wondering if you have recommendations for an excellent doc with good technical skills and bedside manner/rapport. And if you know... how much $$ should I expect to pay at Kaiser vs. private? Any recommendations on when to do it? Include lipo or coolsculpt or no? how to plan recover with young kids at home?
