Toddler swim lessons private or shared?

Hello all,

We would love to have our almost-2 yo water-loving toddler swim and water safety lessons but either miss the enrollment windows or are not able to find a good fit for schedules. 

Has anyone found success in hiring a private swim coach? Any recs or places to look?
