Structural engineers who are taking new projects

We're having a hard time finding a structural engineer to help us improve our foundation. We had started with one and they actually provided an initial scope recommendation, but they have since ghosted us. Everyone else I call seems to be booked out at least 3 months or is not even taking any new clients. We're not going straight to contractors as the two most highly recommended ones (Alameda and All Seasons) gave us two very different recommendations and both agreed that it would be best to move ahead with an engineer first.
