Seeking referral: Child development expert for incident review

Searching for an expert in child development and/or childhood neurodivergence in educational settings to review an incident involving restraint in a non-public school setting. The desired outcome is a report that assesses whether there was misconduct and guidance for better handling of similar situations in the future, including any policy and training recommendations (if applicable).
