Recommendation for Therapist for 5 year old with ADHD?

My 5 year old son is diagnosed ADHD and will be entering kindergarten this fall. He is medicated and we've done parent training. He really struggles with impulse control, aggression and emotional regulation. This impacts his ability to make friends and socializing in general. Does anyone have recommendations for therapists that could help with these struggles? We are in Oakland and looking in the East Bay and willing to pay out of pocket.
