Recommend an attorney who understands non-authoritarian parenting

I'm the single mother of a twelve-year-old daughter and I'm in mediation with her father around custody. He's emotionally and psychologically abusive and she's been struggling a great deal with him for over four years. I'm imagining that this issue will go to litigation and I need an attorney who deeply understands a partnership/connection based approach to parenting. I parent from a non-authoritarian paradigm (I study with Patty Wipfler of Hand in Hand and Dayna Martin of Radical Unschooling). I imagine someone who comes from an attachment based or NVC based approach would also understand my parenting style. Given my ex's main complaint is what he considers to be my enmeshment with our daughter and my "permissive" parenting, my parenting style will likely be under great scrutiny by the courts. Does anyone have any recommendations?? I live in Alameda County.
