Psychiatrist recommendation (ADHD, depression)

Hello fellow parents, writing in the hopes that we might find a recommendation for our young adult, who has ADHD and rather debilitating depression - both have gotten worse over the years, but especially the depression / anxiety. They are moving back to the area after some time away, and we are looking for a psychiatrist / clinic in or near Berkeley, that would be excellent treating young adults with these conditions. (Also seeking a therapist, but want to get psychiatrist set up first, for medication.) They have Aetna insurance, which from what we understand is pretty widely accepted?  Thanks for any recommendations you can provide.
