Primary Care Physician & OBGYN Recommendations

I’ve had some disappointing experiences with my recent doctors, and I’m looking for a new primary care physician. I have Anthem PPO and would prefer someone in or around Berkeley. Since I will be turning 49 in July, I would appreciate recommendations for someone knowledgeable about perimenopause and menopause. If you also have a great OBGYN recommendation, I would love to hear that too!
