Plumber to install Perrin and Rowe faucet

Hello - we are looking to replace our kitchen faucet with a Perrin and Rowe. We'd like a very skilled plumber to do it since the faucet is quite expensive. We've used Oakland Rooter twice in the last few months and while they are extremely nice, they misdiagnosed the issue each time. We need someone new. Any skilled plumbers out there that you love?
