Pelvic Floor PT at Kaiser vs out-of-network?

Does anyone have recent experience with pelvic floor PT at Kaiser? I have Kaiser insurance but I know Kaiser PT can be hit or miss (from my and others' experience), so I'm considering going out of network to see a pelvic floor PT. My goal is to return to competitive sport postpartum in a pretty aggressive timeframe (4 months).
