Monthly hot tub maintenance person or service

Hello! We are looking for someone to come and maintain our small hot tub once a month at our rental property. It's fairly self sufficient with a Frog system, but the chemical cartridge needs to be changed and the filter rinsed monthly (with water change out 1-2 times a year). Do you know someone who does this kind of work?
