Medical claims assistance?

Has anyone had experience working with a medical claims assistant? I'm looking for someone who can help me track and check all of my medical bills, submit claims to my health insurance, make sure I'm being billed properly by my providers and reimbursed properly by my insurance, and figure out what plans to choose during open enrollment. I've found a few names but haven't been able to locate reviews about any of them. I'd like to make sure I'm hiring someone who's knowledgeable, organized, and highly professional when it comes to confidentiality.
