Longfellow Middle School

The School principal position for Longfellow Middle School in Berkeley is listed as vacant.  Does anyone know what the status is for hiring for that position, or who is being considered?  I am planning to send my daughter there this year, and am wondering what a new principal means for the good things I have heard about the School and "be an ally" culture.
