Current Information on Roses In Concrete

Hello. We just moved near Roses in Concrete. I can't find much information on the school, and nothing current. Can anyone give information on their experience there? I would like some pros and cons (administration, teachers, social climate, building/grounds...). Is the whole school bilingual? Bonus if you have info on special services there (OT, SLP). My 2nd grader currently goes to a great school, but it would be so nice to walk to school rather than the current hefty 20 minute commute.
