Career Coach for recent college grad?

Can someone please recommend a career coach/counselor for a recent college grad who is a bit lost? He'd be happy to do volunteer work as he builds his resume. He needs all sorts of guidance -- polishing up his resume, interview skills, practical suggestions for possible career paths/jobs. He has reached out to a few people and hasn't had much luck even getting people to get back to him. Thank you.
