Can anyone recommend a children's book designer?

Hello everyone, a dear family member of mine has written a lovely, short children's book. She also has illustrations ready. She is seeking to hire a children's book designer to turn these materials into a finished book. I know it's a long shot, but since this is such a literary part of the world -- does anyone know of someone who does this?
