2025 thoughts on EBGIS preschool-K (turnover, classroom mgmt?)

Hi there, Our passively German-speaking family is considering enrollment in the EBGIS pre-school for our 2 and 3 year olds. I've read through a lot of the old reviews, but am hoping for any more up-to-date thoughts (the last one was Jan 2024) as it seems there was some turnover in the administration -- or at least the person I was communicating with (who was great and I'm sad to see is gone). I'm most interested in the turn-over piece (I know most teachers are on shorter visas but what, if any, impact has that had for your experience) and in the classroom management piece (as people who aren't career teachers may rely more on punitive measures out of habit or bandwidth).
