11yr Old w Toileting Issues - Seeking OT

Hi!  We have an 11-yr old with persistent pee and poop accidents.  Our child is on the autism spectrum but is generally able to get by in regular school - but toileting issues remain problematic.  We have tried so many strategies and are desperate for help.  We are seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist or other professional who ideally should have experience with autism and with toileting.  Any thoughts?  Many thanks.
