Speech therapist reco for expressive and receptive language delay

Hello. 

We are looking for a good SLP who is specialized in expressive and receptive language delays. We have used the contacts through Kaiser and the school finally provides weekly once speech service. However, we have not seen much improvement in the last 18 months. We are looking for someone who has some experience working with a bilingual kid.
