Yard refresh

Hello! I am looking for someone/a company that can do a front yard and backyard refresh for me. I need to deal with gophers, put in a lawn or low maintenance equivalent, plant a tree, and maybe some lavender or other pretty things around the edges. I'm open to installing a sprinkler system if that's needed. I don't think I need a landscape architect because I'm not looking to make major changes. Just need some help for someone who doesn't know what to do with gophers and doesn't have a very green thumb. Thank you for any leads!
