Therapist for person w/ Down syndrome

I was wondering if anyone knows of a mental health therapist who works with people with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities? My sister (age 26) needs support dealing with the death of our mother. She lives in South Bay, but I think she could do zoom therapy, if we find a great therapist.
