Winston Transitions, part of the national network of Winston Preparatory School campuses, is a highly individualized day program for neurodivergent young adults, ages 17-21+. Transitions offers a dynamic and responsive learning environment that supports students as they navigate the shift from high school to adult life. Instruction flows from a holistic understanding of each student, developed through Winston Prep's core Continuous Feedback System of individualized and responsive program design.

Each aspect of the program precisely matches students' strengths and needs. An emphasis on employability, academic remediation, college readiness, life skills, and social-emotional well-being prepares students for independence and sustainability in young adulthood.

Program outcomes:

We offer full-time and flexible (i.e., part-time) enrollment options for the academic year. There is something for everyone based on individual goals and needs.

Admissions occurs on a rolling basis.

If interested in learning more, please reach out so we can schedule a tour just for you! We also host weekly info sessions on Zoom, each Wednesday at 12 p.m. Pacific. These are a great way to get a program overview and ask questions related to your child. if that time doesn't work, we are always happy to schedule something that works with your availability.
