Way To Glow Kids Yoga: fall yoga classes for kids and families
Come join us this fall for a playful kids yoga class! As we transition back to school, yoga can be a great tool to help your kids reduce stress, support their immune systems, strengthen and stretch their bodies, connect with peers, and incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines. Fall schedule:
- Preschool/K (age 3 to 6) yoga: Mondays 3:30-4:15
- K-2nd grade yoga: Mondays 4:30-5:30 OR Tuesdays 3:30-4:30
- 3rd-5th grade yoga & crafting: Tuesdays 4:45-6:15
- 6th-8th grade yoga & crafting: Wednesdays 4:45-6:15
- Family yoga: 1st and 3rd Saturdays; 2nd & 4th Sundays (kids aged 2-6 @ 10:00-10:45; kids 6-12 @ 11:00-11:45)
At Way to Glow Kids Yoga, we playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, cooperative games, and relaxation techniques. Classes will start 9/2. Kids yoga classes take place in Berkeley and run in a 10 week session; family yoga classes take place at Kensington Park and are run on a drop-in basis.
