Experience with Blooms Daycare, or others in Rockridge?

Hi, all - I am continuing our search for an awesome in-home daycare in/near Rockridge that accepts babies, and I ran across Blooms Infant Toddler Childcare. They have no reviews here on BPN, or any info, so I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this provider that you're willing to share? 

Also, if you know of any others we should look into, please let me know! We've already inquired at Veronica's, Sunflowers, Leigh's House (please, someone help me get in touch with her! It's been impossible!), Little Friends, Sunshine Daycare and Kids on the Path. They've all either been full, or non-responsive so even an intro to the daycare would be really helpful! Baby girl is 6mo - finding a spot now would be great, but also ok to wait till she's 12-18mo for a great place :) I'd really appreciate recommendations to keep touching base with so we can get her closer to home.
